Arraystar SYBR Green Real-time PCR Master Mix是采用SYBR GreenⅠ熒光法進行實時定量PCR 的預混液(2×濃度),該預混液包含了各類RNA(mRNA、lncRNA、circRNA、microRNA、tRNA、tRF&tiRNA、snoRNA等)實時定量PCR反應所需的各種試劑,如:熱啟動Taq酶,SYBR Green I,MgCl2,dNTPs,穩定劑等,只需另外加入cDNA模板和PCR引物便可進行Real-time PCR反應。
