Arraystar SYBR Green Real-time PCR Master Mix是采用SYBR GreenⅠ熒光法進行實時定量PCR 的預混液（2×濃度），該預混液包含了各類RNA（mRNA、lncRNA、circRNA、microRNA、tRNA、tRF&tiRNA、snoRNA等）實時定量PCR反應所需的各種試劑，如：熱啟動Taq酶，SYBR Green I，MgCl2，dNTPs，穩定劑等，只需另外加入cDNA模板和PCR引物便可進行Real-time PCR反應。
